When I need an EPC?

EPC is always required when a house is built, rented or sold. It is also required to have a new one when there is any change in the property during the sale or renting. Like you changed any boiler or you had external wall insulation in the mean time. every thing which effects the energy rating need to be updated on the energy performance certificate.
